Cancellation Policy

At Best Finish Detailing, we value your time as much as we value ours. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we kindly ask all clients to review our cancellation policy before booking a service:

  • Advance Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Non-Refundable Booking Fee: All booking fees are non-refundable. If you reschedule with proper notice, the fee will be credited toward your new appointment.

  • Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend your booking, will result in the full loss of the booking fee.

  • Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your appointment once at no additional cost if proper notice is given. Multiple changes may incur an administrative fee.

  • Extreme Weather or Emergencies: In rare cases of severe weather or emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment at the earliest available time without penalty.
